Setup, charging, pairing — the basics we get asked most
Hold the power button until you hear the pairing chime, then open Bluetooth on your phone and tap the onn speaker model that appears in the list. Once it’s paired, it will reconnect automatically the next time both devices are on and in range.
Onn party speakers use the dedicated onn party speaker charger and power cord. Smaller Bluetooth and rugged models charge over USB. If you’ve lost the original, the genuine replacement charger and cord are listed in our accessories collection.
Yes — the Groove and party-speaker models support true wireless stereo (TWS). Power on both speakers, put them in pairing mode, and press the TWS button on the primary unit. You’ll get a left/right stereo image across the room without any cables.
The onn rugged speaker line is built water-resistant — splashes at the pool, a caught rainstorm on the trail, or a spill on the patio won’t stop the music. We still recommend drying the ports before charging and not submerging the speaker.
Yes. The party-speaker range includes a mic input for karaoke and live announcements. Plug in a compatible dynamic microphone, choose the karaoke/mic mode, and adjust the mic level with the dedicated volume knob.
Start with a full charge on the original onn charger or power cord for a couple of hours, then hold the power button for a longer press than usual to force a reset. If the speaker still won’t come on, a replacement battery may be needed — those are stocked in accessories.
